The Doctors at Tel Aviv Doctor are qualified General Practitioners (or: Family Doctors). They have a wide scope of knowledge and expertise in treating a range of medical conditions. Depending on the severity/specificity of your condition, you may afterwards be referred to meet with a more Specialist Doctor in the field you require.

The Tel Aviv Doctor Team follows a strict protocol to protect patient privacy.  We ensure that all personal details, test results & medical information is kept strictly confidential.

For your initial appointment, please bring a passport/ID, as well as any relevant medical notes/documentation that may be helpful in assisting with your treatment.

As long as you are happy with this, it will not be a problem.

We have years of experience and direct working-relations with many international insurance companies. For direct billing we require a “Guarantee Of Payment” (GOP), prior to your appointment time. Whilst scheduling the appointment, we can advise you on the specifics of how to request a GOP from your insurance company.

Alternatively, you can pay in person and we will provide you with the relevant invoices required to claim back from your insurance company afterwards.

Tel Aviv Doctor specifically works with International Insurance Companies.

We do not work directly with Israeli Insurance companies (Such as Leumit & Harel), although you are welcome to check with them to find out if your plan allows for reimbursement for your treatment at Tel Aviv Doctor.

Tel Aviv Doctor is a private medical clinic. GMO plans through the Kupat Cholim do not provide coverage for your treatment at Tel Aviv Doctor. 

By law, we are unable to advertise the price of an appointment.

Please call or Whatsapp the clinic administrator who will be happy to assist and provide a price estimate.

During your consultation, the doctor may recommend tests to help with diagnosing and treating your condition. Most tests can be performed at the time of your visit.

If you already have a referral for tests from another doctor, tests can be done without a consultation. If you are interested in tests but do not have a referral, you will first require a consultation with one of our doctors.

Many of our test results are received instantly or within a short time window (usually 1-3 days) there are certain tests that take longer to process. Before a test is performed, we will be able to inform you of the approximate length of time it will take to receive the results.

Once your results are ready, we will send them to you via our secure patient portal.
